We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dunewear.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

All Items Are Returnable We do not have final sale items — every product in our store is eligible for return within the 14-day window.
